Book an appointment
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the policies outlined below - be sure to read them!
-
This includes jewelry changes and jewelry shopping. We do not accept walk ins at anytime for any reason.
-
No appointments will be booked over the phone. If you’re not seeing any availabilities then we are unfortunately totally booked.
-
Only the client with the appointment may enter the studio, no additional guests, friends or family members may enter. The only exception is if we are piercing someone under 18, then they are allowed to have one parent/legal guardian with them inside. If someone besides the person getting pierced is paying, please make arrangements beforehand. If you are unprepared you are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
-
Our insurance requires that all new piercings must be performed with jewelry purchased from the studio so that we can guarantee that it is appropriate for a new piercing and replace or repair it if it is damaged during sterilization.
-
When you book you will enter credit card details that will only be charged if you cancel last minute. You will not be charged at time of booking and we cannot access that card for anything other than the cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel your appointment please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, no call no show your appointment, or show up more than 10 minutes late for a piercing or jewelry change appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation/no call no show fee. For a downsize or troubleshooting appointment unfortunately we are not able to accommodate tardiness and showing up late will be considered a no show.
-
PLEASE BE ON TIME. If you are late/unprepared for your appointment we may not be able to help you that day and you will have to reschedule and are subject to the cancellation fee. For jewelry change and piercing appointments we can typically still make things work with a 10 minute grace period. Unfortunately due to how short troubleshooting and downsize appointments are we may have to cancel or ask you to reschedule if you are late.
Trying to accommodate your tardiness affects the rest of the appointments for the day. It isn’t fair to the other clients to make them wait.
-
No piercing, jewelry changes, or in person jewelry shopping are available for people under 13, and no exceptions will be made. If you book an appointment for someone under 13 years old the appointment will be canceled. If you show up to the appointment and the client is under 13 you will be charged the $50 cancellation fee.
-
You’re welcome to book jewelry changes for existing piercings but we will be unable to pierce you while you are on Accutane or six months after you complete your treatment.
-
We don’t pierce people who are currently pregnant (or 3 months post-pregnancy). Your body is using this time to focus on making your baby, and a piercing will not heal well for you during this time period. We want to wait until at least 3 months after you’re no longer pregnant before piercing, which allows your body time to heal and return back to normal again!
-
We use Adobe Sign for our paperwork. You will be emailed a link to complete the paperwork 24 hours and then again at 6 hours as a final reminder This is a state and insurance requirement and must be completed EACH TIME you come in.
For piercing appointments your ID will be attached to your paperwork and once your piercer signs it a copy will be emailed to you.
-
Currently Jen is the only piercer offering septum piercings. Jen does not do apadravyas, ampallangs, triangles, reverse PAs or dydoes.
Valerie does not offer genital, surface or septum piercings.
Tobias doesn't offer septum piercings.
A piercer may deny any piercing if they feel that anatomy or circumstance will not give you a good chance at healing.
ID POLICIES
-
If you are over 18
You must have a valid government-issued photo ID each time you get pierced. This can be a drivers license, passport, military ID, permanent resident card, etc. You must have the actual physical ID with you. Not a photocopy or picture of it, and it cannot be expired.
-
If you are under 18
You must have a parent/legal guardian present for all piercings, and must have the following identification:
If you’re coming with a parent: A birth certificate for the minor being pierced, plus the parent’s valid government-issued photo ID. Passports will not be accepted in place of a minor’s birth certificate. We need the birth certificate because it confirms the adult consenting to the piercing is the minor’s parent.
If you’re coming with a legal guardian: Court documents confirming guardianship of the minor being pierced, plus the legal guardian’s valid government-issued photo ID.
If you have a unique parental situation please contact us to make sure you bring the correct documentation so that we can pierce you!
You must bring proper ID with you every time you come in. It is not legal for us to pierce you without ID. This is non negotiable. If you forget your ID or have improper ID you will have to reschedule.
The schedule opens for a month at a time. A full month of appointments will open for booking on the first of the previous month at 11:30 am EST. If you are not seeing any appointments available then we are totally booked for the month. Check back occasionally because cancellations appear in the online scheduling immediately!
If you're not sure what service to schedule - contact us! Since different services take different amounts of time if you schedule the incorrect appointment type we may not be able to help you that day!
You will not be charged at time of booking and the cost due at your appointment will vary based on services and jewelry pricing. The $50 is only charged if you no show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the start time.
You have to enter your credit card details in order to book your appointment.
